The Never-Ending Year!!

2020 seems like it is going on forever!

THE ELECTION FIASCO JUST ADDED TO THE CRAZINESS!

Good news?

CHRISTMAS IS COMING!

I am working on finishing my shopping and have vowed not to let all the YUCK around me determine my hearts joy!

HOW?

1.  Listen to Christmas music.

2.  Bake stuff...old and new recipes.

4.  Compliment strangers on...anything!  Hair, shirt, eyes, smile, purse!

Where have I been?

 Well...I am sure you want to know why there hasn't been any posts...

No excuses ...

Life got crazy...

October 2019 - I went on an amazing trip to Bulgaria to train parents, teachers, & administrators on all things special needs and education!  I took 2 new ladies with me:  Anne Smith and Amanda Parker.  They learned so much and the Bulgaria Bug bit them as well!

December 2019 - I went back to Bulgaria (7th trip) and brought my husband (Chris) and my youngest child (James).  We passed out Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes in the Rhodope Mountains.  James LOVES doing this so that he can teach the kids how to play with the toys!  He has a very giving heart.

We spent Christmas in Germany with my 2nd son, (Jacob) and his wife who are stationed there (US Army).

THEN...2020 happened...

I wish it could all be over...

No one is allowed from the US into Bulgaria with quarantining for 14 days upon arrival...I just don't have the luxury of that kind of time off. This makes my next trip not even a possibility until March of 2021...I think I am going through withdrawals!

In the meantime, I have earned my official Google Trainer certification!  Woohoo!

I am excited to be working with Anne Smith and Amanda Parker!  We will be training teachers & principals in educational best practices. Also, we will be training and meeting with parents of special needs children.

My soul waits...I am trying to not be anxious.  I am not anxious because I am scared.  The anxiousness really should be described as impatient!  I would love to leave right now and not have to wait 16 more days!
